I have recently come in contact with the CLIF BAR, available in many different flavors/varieties. They are tasty and healthy, sold at health food stores and even many common grocery stores. They are, in my opinion, kind of expensive sometimes... but we found these on a closeout sale for 0.25 each. Yes! Horray for clearance bins.

I don't know if they are ALL wheat and dairy free, but some varieties are. Be sure to check the label if you are sensitive to wheat and dairy... then... indulge.
