Asian Cuisine
-
This meal came about when I looked in our fridge and saw several veggies that needed to be used and some leftover shredded pork from 2 nights previous. Someone had given me the rice sticks to try, which were easy to make and tasted great in this dish.

Olive oil
Rice Sticks (found at Super Wal-Mart or your local grocery store)
Asparagus
Green beans
Carrots
Cauliflower
Wheat Free Soy Sauce (check label!)
Onion salt
Garlic salt
Shredded pork, chicken or beef, cooked ahead of time

Wash and chop fresh vegetables. Pour a little olive oil in a skillet. Saute veggies until beginning to brown and somewhat tender. Drizzle with soy sauce, onion salt and garlic salt. Toss to coat. Add a little water if your mix looks dry. Stir in cooked meat. In a separate pan, cook rice stick according to directions. Once rice sticks are cooked, chop with scissors or knife to make them more manageable. Add to your stir fry mixture. Toss together. Serve hot and fresh!
