This is the tastiest substitute for cows milk that I have found, so far. It's called Almond Breeze and the vanilla flavored is especially good on granola/cereal, in pancakes, etc. I don't know that I am fond enough of it to drink a whole glass by itself, but it is nice have WITH some things.

I purchase mine at Wal-Mart supercenter. They often carry it both on the shelf (near the cereal) and in the refrigerated section, next to regular milk.
